Salesperson - HiFi Corp - Durban at JD Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are readily available.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by driving product sales and upselling.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
