Reporting to the CIO, you will actively contribute to the Digital & IT Applications vision, strategy, architecture, and own the technical roadmap by providing operational leadership for the SAP technology stack, and create business value, operational efficiencies, and data integrity through effective management of the SAP Enterprise applications supporting company business functions.
Non-Negotiable factors: Essential that you are currently filling the role of SAP manager in the manufacturing sector. You will have managed an internal team of SAP consultants as well as some external service providers performing various SAP-related functions. Business Process Management experience (Analyzing and understanding Business Processes and being able to make recommendations). Experience in managing the Entire SAP landscape Functional and Technical. Experience in Integrating with Other applications such as Business Intelligence/Transport Management/Call Centre. Ability to provide second and third-level support, guiding and assisting the team.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems-related field.
SAP Certification
Min 5 years of demonstrated management experience leading SAP functional and technical teams.
Experience in running simultaneous projects in either waterfall or agile methodologies.
Strong SAP experience in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Logistics, Plan to Manufacture, Procure to Pay, Data Management, and Testing.
Strong aptitude in the functionality of a wide variety of IT applications, Security, Infrastructure, Development, Change Management, and Project Management.
Multi-vendor management experience.
Experience in solving high-complexity business challenges leveraging existing or emerging technologies.
Good understanding of architectural principles including performance, scalability, security, availability, and flexibility, and how to design for them.
