Role Overview

• The SAP HCM Application Manager will take ownership of a mission-critical SAP HR landscape, ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and alignment to evolving business needs.
• You will operate at the intersection of HR, IT, and business leadership, driving application excellence across a highly structured and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the SAP HCM application landscape (support, enhancement, optimisation)
• Ensure system stability, governance, and compliance across HR processes
• Partner closely with HR leadership to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Oversee configuration, releases, upgrades, testing, and change management
• Manage integration across SAP and wider enterprise platforms
• Drive continuous improvement and HR digital transformation initiatives
• Provide input into application roadmap, strategy, and vendor management
• Ensure strong incident, problem, and change governance processes

Key Requirements

• Strong SAP HCM application management experience in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of HR processes (OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management)
• Experience in large, regulated or multi-entity organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and HR-business partnering capability
• Exposure to integrated SAP landscapes (FI/CO, SuccessFactors advantageous)
• Strong governance, control, and delivery mindset
