SAP SAC Planning Consultant at Salt South Africa

• We are urgently seeking a Senior SAP SAC Planning Consultant for a contract engagement.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP Analytics solutions.
• 2+ years’ hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
• Strong SAC Planning and SAC Analytics & Reporting expertise.
• Experience with SAC Planning Models, Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, Multi-Actions, Calendar Workflows, Data Locking, and Version Management.
• Strong dashboard and story development experience.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Good understanding of SAC security, roles, teams, and data access controls.
• SAP BW/4HANA experience highly advantageous.
• SAP BPC experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA beneficial.

Functional Experience

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
• User training, UAT support, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAC Planning solutions.
• Configure planning models, workflows, and approval processes.
• Build planning input stories and reporting dashboards.
• Develop Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, and Multi-Actions.
• Support data integration from SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Facilitate user testing, training, and solution adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to planning and reporting capabilities.
