    SAP Support

    Main Purpose of Job

    • Supporting timely and accurate processing of month end closing
    • Review and support AR management
    • Other Ad-hoc process base responsibilities relating to finance request
    • Timely escalation of issue to line manager
    • [eStore] Effective follow up and resolution of issues related abnormal transactions
    • [eStore] Establishing plan and process for sale promotions  
    • [eStore] Monitoring and data analysis of interfaced transactions
    • [N-ERP Project] Tracking and report of project progress
    • [N-ERP Project] Assisting end-user with general queries relating to new process and tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori Apps)
    • [N-ERP Project] Effective liaison with HQ regarding local requirements to be implemented on the System

    Scope of support : SSA , Southern Africa posts , East and west Africa branches

    Qualification  

    • B Com Degree(Finance/Accounting or related) or technical qualification(computer science related)

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years experience in SAP operation (Finance function)
    • Good accounting background
