    SATIC: Human Resources Generalist

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced HR Generalists to support our international client environments. This role is suited to HR professionals who are confident working across the employee lifecycle, managing operational HR activities, supporting people-related processes, and partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.

    Role Summary

    • The HR Generalist will provide high-quality HR advisory, administrative, coordination, reporting, and operational support across a range of employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR services within agreed service standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee queries, performance processes, disciplinary and grievance handling, cyclical HR activities, and HR administration.
    • Support the delivery of accurate and timely HR services in line with policies, processes, governance requirements, and service level expectations.
    • Manage employee and stakeholder queries through appropriate channels, ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
    • Coordinate HR documentation, maintain records, update trackers, and ensure information is complete, accurate, and handled confidentially.
    • Support people-related case management activities, including scheduling, document preparation, case tracking, and process administration.
    • Assist with cyclical HR processes such as performance, reward, talent, benefits, employee engagement, and other people programmes.
    • Produce HR data, insights, and reporting to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, or areas for process improvement.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand priorities, manage expectations, and provide practical HR operational support.
    • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge management, and the continuous enhancement of HR service delivery.
    • Maintain a strong focus on quality, compliance, confidentiality, and employee experience.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of four years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Advisory, or similar people-focused role.
    • Experience working in a shared service, professional services, corporate, consulting, or complex stakeholder environment is advantageous.
    • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, employee relations coordination, performance processes, or HR projects.
    • Working knowledge of HR systems, case management tools, ticketing platforms, or HRIS platforms such as Workday is beneficial.
    • Strong Excel, reporting, and data interpretation capability is advantageous.

    • Strong governance, compliance, and risk awareness.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.
    • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to enhance processes and ways of working.
    • Adaptable, resilient, collaborative, and service-oriented.

    What We Are Looking For

    • We are looking for HR professionals who are comfortable operating in a structured, service-led environment and who can balance operational delivery with quality, stakeholder service, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, confident working with data and documentation, and able to support HR activities across multiple workstreams.
