Screed Operator at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain screed machines to level and finish concrete surfaces accurately.
• Ensure proper depth, slope, and smoothness according to project specifications.
• Work closely with construction teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free worksite.
• Report any machinery issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Screed Operator in the construction industry.
• Heavy-duty/earthmoving machinery experience is essential.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
