Job Description

THE WORK:

• Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME in Agile Project Management, collaborate and manage the team to perform, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions.
• Responsible for team decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Let's embark on this exciting journey together! Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure team engagement. Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to support release planning, and to maintain backlog.
• Facilitate project and issue management for assigned scope.
• Develop and implement testing plans.
• Participate in end to end process for introducing new components or enhancements to existing modules.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management. Expert proficiency in Scrum.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Technical Diploma in relevant field of studies

• Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development)
