• Minimum 3+ Years of Scrum Master Experience: A minimum of three years of experience working as a Scrum Master, demonstrating your proficiency in agile project management.
• Agile Knowledge: A solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Software Development Background (Advantageous):
• A background in software development is an advantage, as it provides a deeper understanding of the development process.

Qualification:
