Appointment requirements

• Grade 10
• Relevant experience in messenger services
• A valid Code B driving licence
• Physical fitness and health with the ability to walk great distances, handle trolleys and carry documentation
• Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

• Collect mailbag from the post office
• Post letters
• Perform an internal document collection and delivery service
• Distribute documents to and from relevant offices
• Deliver mail and parcels
• Assist with bulk photocopying when necessary
• Deliver and collect mail for the postal bureau
• Sort and distribute outgoing files
• Collect printing work from printing services
• Perform maintenance of the motor vehicle
