Sectional Title Property Portfolio Manager at SydSen Recruit

• A well-established Property Management Company operating in Jhb North is on the lookout for a Property Portfolio Manager. 
• The experienced individual will be responsible to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (+- 15 commercial and residential properties, averaging 500-600 units). 
• To be based in office, Mon - Fri from 08h00 to 16h30.

Requirements:

• Sectional title property management experience is a must
• Must have own reliable transport (not negotiable)
• Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act
• Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets
• Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner
• Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM’s and/or SGM’s when required.
