About the Job

Opportunity for a Security Guard to render a security service to protect assets, property and personnel by creating a safe and secure environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 (Essential)

- Grade C accreditation with PSIRA (advantageous)

- General minimum exposure of +- 2 years in a retail industry such as a shopping mall or warehouse (desirable)

Duties

- Be vigilant and alert of surroundings to identify suspicious activities

- Patrol of the premises on a regularly basis to ensure optimal visibility to reduce risks

- Be clearly visible as far as reasonably possible as deterrent to discourage criminal activities, prevent theft, - damage, - personal injury

- Be professionally courteous and friendly, approachable, and willing to help others
