Security Site Manager - Cape Town at Fidelity Services Group

Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Security Site Manager to join our team at ARAMEX. The Security Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations at our location, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to protect ARAMEX assets.
• Manage security staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services in the event of a security incident.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Respond to security alerts and incidents in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Provide security training to all employees to promote a culture of safety and security awareness.

Qualifications:

• AVSEC Level 3 (Cargo) certification.
• DGR – Group A certification.
• Valid criminal background check.
• CAT6 certification.
• Previous experience in security management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
