    Selling Sales Manager (VW Germiston)

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a passion for the automotive industry.
    • The Selling Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
    • Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Train, mentor, and coach sales team members
    • Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to develop pricing strategies
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
    • Previous experience managing a sales team preferred
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Valid driver's license
