Informing staff of the guest arrival to our office
Maintain office cleanliness by communicating with outsourced service provider.
Schedule and coordinate travel desk arrangements for staff and international guest coming to Mitsui.
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs when needed. • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Organize and maintain documents, reports, and records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts.
Provide administrative support to managers as needed.
Assist in organizing company events
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Identify administrative problems and inefficiencies.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Appropriate Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Proficiency in office management software and ability to operate standard office equipment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
