Role Overview

Snr Manager:  Administration

The administration manager will manage a large team of contributions and client services administrators for a portfolio of funds. Providing assistance to the Fund Trustees, members, employers and intermediaries of Participating Employers, Client Services Support team and external service providers. The Umbrella Funds Team Leader reports to the Umbrella Funds Manager.

Key Tasks

• Managing overall Administration team for the full function of Employee Benefits (contributions, claims, exits)
• Applying the rules, policies and administration procedures of different funds in accordance with the service level agreements
• Monitoring performance and productivity standards and identifying areas of improvement/ providing agents with feedback on productivity targets
• Assisting in coaching, training and development of staff
• Record Keeping and Filing
• Have the ability to report at Trustee meetings
• Query Resolution
• Relationship Management
• Time Management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Mathematics

Experience

• Employee Benefits/Retirement Fund industry experience is essential
• 8 years’ experience in a similar position
