Minimum Requirements
- Qualification(s): Grade 12 at NQF Level 4 with 120 Credits and B Degree/ B Tech/ Advanced Diploma/ National Higher Diploma in Finance / Business Management / Economics / Law at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
- Related Minimum Experience: 5 years minimum related experience in general business, SLA negotiation, implementation, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance in defining and implementing service level agreements
- Negotiate and implement SLA’s with service providers
- Manage risks, review and control performance associated with SLA’s
- Ensure and report on continuous improvement
