Senior Analyst, Corporate Reporting & Analysis (Remote) at Avon

Key responsibilities:

Financial Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Analysis 

• Coordinate and prepare all actual and forecast reporting materials for senior management.
• Conduct detailed analysis and risk assessments of budgets, plans, and forecast submissions.
• Analyze results and business trends, comparing them to internal and external benchmarks.
• Provide analytical support and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders.
• Work with other financial functions to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of key FP&A outputs.

Management Presentations 

• Assist in developing presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and business reviews.

Global Project Leadership 

• Lead the development of new reporting models and analytical tools to improve business performance monitoring.
• Support key global projects by providing financial insights and analyses, ensuring project success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large corporation.
• Higher education (accounting qualification is beneficial).
• Work closely with the Global FP&A team, Cluster and Market teams.
• Directly liaise with the CFO, ELT members, and Finance Directors (FDs).
• Regular interactions with Holding Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to challenge the status quo.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
