Senior Analyst Developer at Altron Bytes Systems Integration

Job Description

To strengthen our team, Altron is looking for an Analyst Developer to interact with end users to gather requirements, Interpretation and write up of business requirements, technical documents and program specifications, Requirement analysis and component design including detailed design and resolving design issues, Impact analysis of change requests and issues/incidents, and identification of solutions, including creation of appropriate documentation, Planning and monitoring defect prevention activities, Implementing and managing quality assurance processes, Software development and configuration, Creation and validation of test plans, Providing direction and guidance to a team of developers, including allocation and management of workload, conducting code reviews 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Capture ETL Requirements.
• Design, develop, and test processes for extracting data from legacy systems or production databases
• Design, develop, and test processes for validating and conditioning data prior to loading into a database
• Design, develop, and test processes for loading initial and cyclical data into a database
• Design the processes to meet service level agreements for data timeliness and frequency
• Determine which data elements are historic and the retention period for historic data
• Determine data growth trends and peak business periods 
• Receive and analyse data files in different formats, from customers 
• Build ETL jobs that transform customer data to fit the defined database structure 
• Develop, maintain and automate existing ETL procedures 
• Working knowledge of the database to run queries and interact with the data 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:  

Educational Qualifications: 

• Relevant Diploma or Degree 

Professional Qualifications 

• Data Management Tools like Ab Initio, ODI, Azure Data Factory, GCP Tools, MS SSIS, Informatica etc. 

Years of Experience 

• 7+ year
