Key Performance Areas
Fault finding and analysing of plumbing repairs and servicing thereof
Repairing and constructing of domestic and industrial mains
Measuring; developments and sketching of structures, pipe sections; adaptors and associated components as well as interpret drawings.
Manage workflow via SAP and preparing of Bill of Materials (BOM)
Ensure compliance to OHSACT requirements and related safety controls such as work permits, lock out procedures, etc.
Supervising junior staff in performance and execution of work assigned to them to ensure work is done timeously and correctly.
Identifying staff skills gap and activate training needs aimed at closing the gaps and capacitating individuals.
