• Background in Financial Services (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Buiness Analysis Expertise:
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Ability to create clear and concise business and functional specifications.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving:
• Skilled at analyzing complex business problems and proposing innovative solutions.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
• Financial Services Knowledge (Preferred):
• Familiarity with banking, insurance, or other financial services processes, regulations, and systems.
• Technical Understanding:
• Basic knowledge of systems architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Tools and Techniques:
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and other BA-specific tools.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Adaptability and Time Management:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
