Role Requirements

• To thrive in this role, you bring a strong academic foundation in technology and analytics. You hold a three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, supported by an industry-recognised certification in data analytics tools. • You have built your expertise through eight to ten years of extensive, hands-on experience in the BI and data landscape, with a solid track record. Your background includes deep involvement in data warehouse design and analysis, with a comprehensive understanding of methodologies and data modelling principles. You are comfortable navigating complex BI ecosystems and have worked with leading applications, databases, and tools such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, SAP, and Business Objects. Your experience includes designing and managing ETL processes, developing semantic layers, and building front-end BI applications that respond meaningfully to user needs.
• You have led projects across the full development life cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and optimisation. Along the way, you have collaborated with diverse stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions while fostering shared ownership and accountability. Your exposure to data privacy practices and your understanding of organisational objectives ensure that your solutions are both responsible and aligned with strategic intent.
