Key Responsibility Areas:

• Captures details of companies who discharge trade effluent on accounts database in order to raise charges
• Provides data in order to raise effluent charges.
• Provides data to ensure efficient review of company permits by Water Quality Officer.
• Provides data to raise user charges.
• Update database of sewered properties in order to maintain customer records.
• Provides data to raise ad hoc charges such as laboratory charges.
• Provides data to raise charges for unsewered properties.
• Imports data to raise trade effluent charges.
• Advises customers to satisfy customer queries (Batho Pele).
• Relieves for the Records Clerk to ensure efficient running of division.
• Deputises for the Chief Administrator/Accounts Administrator to ensure continued service at all times.
• Undertakes related assignments.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics
• 1 Year relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• 2 Years relevant experience.
