MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• NQF level 5 will be an added advantage; and
• 2 years’ relevant work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers telephone and handle all relevant queries;
• Perform reception duties and attends to the public;
• Does photocopying and filling of all works order;
• Check and capture all timesheets;
• Assists with all functions pertaining to the administrative section as required.
