The position reports to the Assistant Manager Finance Creditors/Gen Acc, the incumbent of this position will fulfill the necessary requirements within the Department, to meet objectives with regards to Monthly deadlines and general Admin. This position forms part of the Finance Sales & Marketing Group and is based in Johannesburg.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Capturing manual invoices.
Upload invoices onto the system.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Resolving queries with supplier, warehouse, business and dealers.
Loading of Payment in the Bank
Journals Processing
Ensuring timeous payment run upload.
Send correct remittance advice to suppliers.
Provide Finance Support Manager with feedback on supplier’s status of accounts.
Teamwork, cooperation and willingness to assist peers.
Ad Hoc duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
NQF Level 4 (120 credits on level 8 framework) in Finance related qualification.
Diploma in Finance or related field would be an added advantage.
1-2 years relevant creditors experience.
Computer Literacy.
SAP experience.
