Receipt, circulation and safekeeping of Government and Provincial Gazettes, as well as updating the applicable register
Open and close correspondence and files
Distribution and filing of all incoming documents
Diarizing pending files
Safekeeping of archived files
Update register of all files opened
Scanning, capturing on Collaborator and circulation of all posts
Trace lost correspondence when applicable
Requirements:
Grade 12
Computer Literacy: MS Office
1 – 3 years’ relevant administrative experience
Experience in the fields of paper-based and electronic records management
Physically fit and healthy
Attention to detail
Ability to adhere to set procedures
Good communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
