• Are you a seasoned Internal Communications Manager with a knack for engaging employees and aligning communications with strategic goals? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities include:
You'll develop and execute our internal communication strategy, aligning with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Customer Value Proposition (CVP). This involves:

• Content Creation: Writing and distributing communications on deals, awards, and messages from the Managing Executive.
• Event Management: Leading major internal events like leadership conferences.
• Channel Optimization: Reviewing and managing all internal communication channels.
• Collaboration: Supporting HR, Marketing, and other departments with their communication needs.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years in corporate communication strategy, with proven internal communications experience.
• Essential: Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
• Preferred: Relevant degree in Communications, PR, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry, especially corporate and investment banking, is highly desirable.
