You will transform blank canvases into high-impact retail experiences, pop-ups, and expo activations that dominate social media and captivate global beauty and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities:

• Design trend-led retail experiences for centre courts, launches, and event spaces.
• Translate global beauty and lifestyle trends into actionable physical environments.
• Map out intuitive consumer journeys within mall and expo settings.
• Rapidly visualize ideas through 3D sketches, moodboards, and storyboards.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to build irresistible, high-innovation pitch decks.
• Directly influence the agency’s win rate by proposing "never-before-seen" concepts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to elevate the creative output of the wider design team.
• Ensure the final execution of projects remains true to the original conceptual vision.
• Maintain a premium visual standard across all touchpoints.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experienced: 5+ years in conceptual, experiential, or retail environment design.
