Senior Dealmakers Assistant at Robert Walters

• In this new role, you will be responsible for assisting with basic credit analysis and drafting submissions as well as monitoring and assisting with due diligence and liaising with conveyancing attorneys. This opportunity allows for the successful candidate to take accountability for their projects, whilst working very closely with Senior Dealmakers and the Head of Operations. This boutique company is fast-paced and works efficiently not conforming to the status quo, and is looking for someone with a growth mindset, who is able to interact with all aspects of the business and ensure clients are kept abreast of all information.

Key qualifications for the Senior Dealmakers Assistant:

• Post Graduate degree in a finance-related field preferred (i.e., Accounting, BusSci, CFA, Tax, Finance Management)
• 5 - 10+ years' experience in banking or an investment house
• Property finance experience including development finance preferred
• Credit analysis experience in a debt environment

Key duties for a Senior Dealmakers Assistant:

• Assist with basic credit analysis and drafting submissions
• Execute the legal implementation of loans, liaising with attorneys
• Monitor and assist with the due diligence of loans and conditions, as well as building draws for development finance
• Liaising with conveyancing attorneys
• Assist with monthly risk reports
• Ad hoc operational requirements for the executive committee
• Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis
