Senior Designer (Graphic/Web) at Crypto Banter

Responsibilities:

• Led the conceptualization and execution of visually stunning designs for our crypto-related projects, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Shape and evolve our brand identity in the crypto landscape. Develop cohesive and impactful visual elements that resonate with our audience and set us apart in the industry.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
• Advocate for a user-centric design philosophy, conducting user research and feedback sessions to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Stay updated on design trends, especially within the crypto and fintech space, and leverage this knowledge to keep our designs cutting-edge and relevant.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with crypto-related design projects is a plus.
• A visionary thinker with the ability to push creative boundaries, translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to advocate for the end-user in design decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
