Key Responsibilities:

Development and Coding:

• Plan, estimate, and implement programming tasks as part of the project lifecycle.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code following industry standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot code issues to maintain high standards of performance and stability.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of code to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Technical Investigations and Documentation:

• Investigate and resolve technical challenges, documenting findings, solutions, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and team alignment.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and clarify technical details.
• Collaborate with senior developers to provide development support and align with project goals.

Mentorship and Guidance:

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for skill development.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
• Degree or Diploma in Information System
• Microsoft Certifications Advantageous
