Proactively manage Employee Relations through WEBU – Deliver high quality employee relations counsel to BU President and Leadership Team. Ensure a consistent ER approach in line with global ER strategy and local labor laws.
Influence and manage Employee Relations initiatives across WEBU, provision of BU/ Function restructure architecture, organisational design, change management and dispute resolution.
Presents to key stakeholders deep dive analytics on ER data to provide understanding around the drivers of employee behaviour and forecast of employee profile
Develop and deploy ER emerging capabilities, governance from legislative/ case law changes and employee’s life cycle audit – Identify risk reduction measures and models of best practice [policy, process, contracts]
Drive implementation of effective ER training for business leaders and HR colleagues on appropriate labor and leadership practices to maintain a productive and effective workforce and ensure compliance with local laws.
Lead European Labor Relations social dialogue through the management of the European Works Council, The Coca-Cola Communication Forum (CCCF) – Develops and deploys labor relations strategy
Champion the employee experience by leveraging Company culture, values and ensuring equitable resolutions to employee and labor relations issues across WEBU countries.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences or a related field (post graduate qualification will be advantageous)
Related Work Experiences:
At least 8-10 years’ work experience in an Employee Relations, internal legal counsel or generalist role where strong technical Employee Relations expertise and knowledge of employment law have been deployed
