Senior Exchange Engineer at Altron Bytes Systems Integration

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mail flow issues
• Configuration and troubleshooting of transport rules and send connectors, both in M365 and on premise
• Running the hybrid wizard when required
• Maintenance of on premise servers.
• Engaging with relevant parties when required for issues such as backups, security related, network and firewall issues
• Engaging with the client on initiatives, improvements to the environment and any other required matters
• Mentoring the junior team members as well as acting as an escalation point for unresolved incidents where required

Minimum Requirements

• M365 Certified Messaging Admin Associate
• 5- 7 years Relevant experience
