Senior Finance Manager (Fixed Term Contract)-Western Cape at Accounting and Financial Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's long-term financial stability and growth
• Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
