Senior HR Adminstrator (Employment Equity, Advanced Excel) at Atlas Finance

Job purpose:

• Handles the daily record-updating and documentation of the human resources department and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment procedures and advertising of vacant positions internally and externally.
• Accurately capture of linking's on Sage 300 people.
• Promptly update monthly reports.
• Performance review cycle from start to end
• Labour inspections and Audits
• Handle employment equity from start to end, able to communicate targets with division managers
• Assist with preparing disciplinary enquiries and CCMA.
• Provide HR support to line managers and employees with HR related queries.
• Perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required.

Competency and qualification requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF 6)
• Grade 12
• 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Administrator
• Sage 300 people - 2 years’ experience
• Excel - Advanced
