• Lexdan Select is assisting a Multinational Manufacturing company with their search for a Senior HR Manager, based in Pretoria.

Functions:

• Responsible for managing the local implementation of global HR processes.
• Responsible for providing strategic planning and leadership. 
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source and attract talent into the organization.
• Responsible for managing the annual performance and development process. 
• Responsible for workplace planning.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
• 5 - 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a Global organization.
