Senior Human Resource Officer: Service Conditions
A grade 12 certificate or equivalent; A minimum of 3 years’ experience required; Knowledge of Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, DPSA Directives, Resolutions and policies.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Handle Human Resource administration enquiries; Prepare reports on Human Resource administration issues and statistics; Process Termination of Services; Recommend (approve) transactions on PERSAL according to delegations;
Implement conditions of service and service benefits; (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, overtime, resettlement benefits, Pension, allowances etc.);
Supervise and undertake the more complex implementation and maintenance of Human Resource administration practices.
