    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Teaching and Learning

    • Teaching assigned classes according to the NWU teaching and learning strategies.

    Research

    • Research outputs as to be discussed with PGL and DD.

    Community engagement

    • Actively contribute to community engagement projects as part of the school of Accounting Sciences (SAS).

    Minimum requirements

    • An honours degree in Chartered Accountancy or / a postgraduate diploma in Chartered Accountancy (CTA).
    • A minimum of one (1) year teaching experience in a tertiary environment.
    • Accreditations and Registrations with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as a CA(SA).

    ADDED ADVANTAGE:

    • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field as an Accountant.
