Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Senior Legal Advisor, based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Functions:
Drafting and vetting of contracts.
Advise on compliance with relevant legislation.
Provide legal support to a range of group companies and business units.
Liaise with external legal service providers.
Requirements:
LLB and an Admitted Attorney of the High Court.
At least 10 years’ post-qualification legal experience, of which at least 8 years should be as a legal advisor within either the investment management, wealth management, or long term insurance space.
