Overview

• The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work alongside team members to enhance our range of analytical solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering, and will take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Communication & presentation skills
• The role requires the ability to communicate with clear consistent techniques to our internal and external customers, customising communication based on audience.
• Machine Learning and Data Science Concepts
• This role will require working understanding of maths and data, how to apply to data science and machine learning toolsets and approaches.
• Games and Commercial Environment
• The role requires the ability to understand the environment we are working and delivering in understanding and anticipating the questions and gaps in customer questions, promoting insights you can add value to the conversation.
• Data Governance
• The role requires understanding of what the business requires in terms of data ownership, data governance and data security and for us to adhere to these practices, extending where necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience with advanced machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server/Snowflake.
• Strong software development experience in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
