Senior Manager: Business Development (5 Year Performance Based Fixed Term Contract Appointment)
Minimum: Appropriate Recognized Degree at NQF Level 8 in Commerce, Accounting, Engineering Sciences, Natural Sciences or equivalent.
Desired: A Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Public Administration (e.g. MBA, MBL, MSc or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 9).
Recognised membership by a professional body (e.g. ECSA, SACNASP, SAICE, IODSA, etc) is desirable
Additional training or certification in public sector governance, compliance, or financial management is an advantage is desirable
Minimum: Minimum of 10 years in business development, strategic planning, or investment analysis, ideally in utilities, municipal, or public sector environments.
Proven track record of leading projects with accountability and transparent stakeholder engagement.
