Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
• Lead budgeting and financial control processes.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
