Description

• Technology Strategy Development: Develop and communicate the Institute's technology strategy and vision to all stakeholders.
• IT Governance: Establish IT governance processes, standards, and policies to ensure the effective and secure use of technology.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage IT resources, including budget, staff, and infrastructure.
• Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all ICT operations comply with data security and legal requirements.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and innovations to drive business performance.
• Project Management: Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Data Management: Manage data assets, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security.
• User Support and Training: Provide user support and training to enable efficient and effective technology use.
• Performance and Risk Management: Monitor IT performance and manage risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) would be advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT infrastructure and teams.
