We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance & Project Management to lead Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. This role involves managing a team aligned with customer portfolios or regions.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure resource efficiency and balanced utilization.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor APM/PMs.
• Meet customer requirements and standards.
• Understand customer contracts and deliverables.
• Act as the first point of escalation for customers.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage GPMs daily.
• Approve timesheets and vacation requests.
• Ensure team compliance with training and processes.
• Collaborate across functions to support project delivery.
• Partner with the Commercial Team for Strategic Planning.
• Participate in client Governance and KPIs.
• Drive process improvement activities.
• Manage the personal development and performance of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
• Uphold company values focused on People, Clients, and Performance.

• Experience in clinical trials/life sciences.
• Understanding of the clinical research environment and GCP principles.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
