About the Role: As the Senior Manager Safety, you will:
Lead the development and deployment of consistent safety management systems and tools across Gold Fields, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational needs.
Support the Vice President Safety in driving the successful execution of the safety improvement plan through collaborative leadership and strategic oversight.
Collaborate with teams across the group to integrate safety standards into all operational activities.
Establish a unified induction and onboarding process for all employees and business partners.
Assist with the design and implementation of a comprehensive system for managing the safety performance of business partners.
Lead change management initiatives addressing technical, cultural, and social aspects within the company.
Standardise incident reporting and learning processes, ensuring effective action management and assurance.
