Senior Manager (Supply Chain Recruitment)

• We a leading JSE recruitment company and we are seeking to employ a senior manager to lead one of our leading supply chain recruitment brands.
• The successful incumbent will be a seasoned business manager and will be responsible to head up a progressive supply chain recruitment division.The ideal candidate should have the ability to inspire high performing recruiters and team leaders and should be able to coach and train a diverse team to continually improve and achieve targets.

Required Experience:

• Degree
• 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a recruitment agency
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent sales leadership ability
• Track record of developing and training up recruiters
• Background in technical recruitment will be an advantage
