    King James Digital Data & Media is growing! We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Paid Campaign Specialist/Campaign Manager with experience across all digital mediums. In-office collaboration is needed from time to time so flexibility is a must.
    As a specialist agency within the King James Group, and a 22 year old independent agency, we collaborate with several specialist agencies to ensure that the memorable brand ideas generated by our group reach the right consumers in the moments that matter. At the same time we ensure that the performance aspect of campaigns is catered for and that targets are met.

    There are no parameters to how we think. No limitation to our solutions. There’s no idea that can’t be had, can’t be acted upon, or made better by someone else in the building. 

     Technical Requirements 

    • Experience with setup, optimisation and reporting on the following Ad platforms:
    • Essential Google Ads 
    • Facebook Business Manager 
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
    • Google Marketing Platform 
    • Twitter Ads 
    • Certification in the following Ad platforms: o Essential Google Ads (Search, Display and Video) 
    • Facebook Blueprint 
    • Google Marketing Platform  DV360 
    • SA360 
    • CM 
    • Twitter 101 
    • Certification in Google Analytics required 
    • Certification in Google Tag Manager preferred 

    Media Responsibilities 

    •  Manage and grow the in-house media performance team. 
    •  Drive adoption and training of the GMP stack 
    •  Responsible for defining and implementing PPC and Mobile Marketing plans and targets. 
    •  Manage and optimise large marketing budgets across PPC, Remarketing, Paid Social, and App  marketing to meet KPI targets. 
    •  Managing all Paid Channels to drive high converting traffic that drives revenue to all platforms 
    • (Desktop Web, Mobi Web, and Android & iOS Apps). 
    •  Develop & Implement overall Paid strategy, annual goals, KPIs, reporting needs, and working cross-functionally across stakeholders. 
    •  Liaise with the media team to drive growth in Department, Category, Brand & Products. 
    •  Monitoring all Paid Media setups to analyse results, deep-dive performance problems,  recommending solutions, implementing solutions, and ultimately monitoring problems to  correction. 
    •  Profiling and identifying new potential Paid Channels. 
    •  Own all tracking and analytics of Paid Channels whilst assisting other campaign managers where  possible. 
    •  Assist with overall Google Analytics strategy and tracking requirements (Assist with management of  external resources). 
    •  Audience management to effectively target new users and high value returning users (Platform  based audiences & owned back-end data) 
    •  Drive the QA process and identify areas for learning with the team
