    Senior Platform Sales Representative

    Job Description:

    Platform Sales Lead will act as a “pioneer” of our released and upcoming products under the Platform Business department, aiming to successfully launch and scale up each product by taking the lead in conducting test sales, executing best practices, creating sales plans, and disseminating know-how.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Strategically set and manage KPIs for Platform Sales to help our team achieve high-performance level
    • Attract enterprise customers of our launched products (Tridge advertising solution, intelligence solution, etc.) and discover outstanding domestic/overseas sales cases to plan sales strategies
    • Contribute to delivering feedback and commercializing products by discovering “market-fit products” and carrying out test sales on potential candidates with our upcoming products
    • Lead the process of understanding and solving customer needs and share them with the team
    • Manage accounts by solving possible issues that may arise during the sales process while also developing cases of best practices
    • Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to conduct sales activities to convert & achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration
    • Consistently manage enterprise sales accounts for seamless customer experience & strengthen long-term strategic partnerships
    • Coordinate with the Platform Strategy Team to successfully align with Tridge’s global strategy & vision

    Requirements:

    • 3-10 years of Sales/Business Development experience in global B2B SaaS and/or B2B advertising products
    • Sales and/or marketing experience in global exhibition/medium-small size tradeshows in the agri-food industry is a big plus
    • Ability to lead platform sales at the frontline and consistently improve sales strategies
    • Willingness to go beyond making sales performance and to make impacts and create values on our products
    • Business Fluency in English
