    Tactical Officer - Midrand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the first contact in case of emergencies and be able to think out the box.
    • Inform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergencies.
    • Opening and maintaining WhatsApp groups.
    • To ensure that communication is maintained within all sites.
    • Coordinate, monitor, and record all communication from various sites, technicians, and drivers.
    • Ensure customers/Oza Holdings staff are updated constantly.
    • Complete call-out forms for every incident and send them to the operations department.
    • Dispatch responders to sites ensuring they are there within a response time.
    • Document and track the position of all assets.
    • Monitor vehicle usage during working and after hours.
    • Monitor staff hours and working times of response employees.
    • Ensure tracking software is always functioning.
    • Handle access control issues
    • Handle security and protest incident
    • Liaise with EMS, SAPS and other governmental agencies

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 3 to 5 years experience in operating a CCTV control room
    • Experience in tracking or monitoring security cameras
    • Experience in the fleet or transport industry will serve as an advantage
    • Proficiency in telephone etiquette
    • Willingness to work 12-hour shits
    • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
    • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, emergency-response environment
    • Excellent communication skills (English)

    Workshop Foreman - Newcastle / Dundee

    Key responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
    • Coordinating maintenance and repair activities for various types of equipment, including scheduling routine servicing and addressing breakdowns promptly
    • Ensuring that all work conducted in the workshop meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices
    • Managing inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability for repairs and minimizing downtime
    • Providing technical support and guidance to workshop staff, assisting with complex repairs or troubleshooting issues as needed
    • Identifying training needs and providing training to workshop personnel to enhance skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair techniques

    • 3 to 5 years experience as a Workshop Supervisor preferably with earthmoving equipment (proven track record)

    Stores Clerk - Newcastle / Dundee

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts at all times
    • Receive and inspect incoming supplies, verifying quantities and quality

    Group Weighbridge Technician - Newcastle / Dundee

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all Weighbridges are in working order at all times
    • Ensure the sites are functioning at minimum downtime and all issues are sorted out within set time lines
    • Ensure maintenance of Weighbridges is scheduled and done in time
    • Report all faults and troubleshooting or failures on site
    • Ensure proper documentation of equipment maintenance and required procedures
    • Teaming up with Maintenance Technicians on site to ensure proper Maintenance of Weighbridges is followed
    • Preparing weekly and monthly technical reports for all weighbridges
    • Ensure Weighbridge equipment integrity
    • Other responsibilities which may be assigned by the Management which is outside the specified job scope
    • Observe company policies
    • Testing all Weighbridges with test weights every fortnight and resolve for any deviation
    • Check all Weighbridge daily and test for zero balance at no load
    • Ensure cleaning of all WB on daily basis

    Minimum requirements:

    • Degree / Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
    • 5 years’ experience in the Field of Electronic Weighbridges
    • Holder of Type 3 License from Weights and Measures
    • Basic Knowledge in Electrical controls
    • Basic experience in networking and weighbridge communication protocols
    • Well experienced in installation & trouble shooting of Electronic Weighbridges
    • Hands-on knowledge of trouble shooting electrical, electronics and communications between integrated equipment

    Security Manager - Newcastle / Dundee

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining good relations internal, external and with 3rd party contractor employees
    • Ensuring the rendering of security service deliver in line with SOP’s
    • Ensuring compliance and that all security officers meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the organization

    • Must be familiar with all legislation relating to the position
    • Have investigating experience
    • Firearm Police competency – Handgun/Shotgun
    • Firearm training Handgun & Shotgun Business Purpose
    • Familiar with MHSA and the control thereof
    • Working knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
    • Good interpersonal skills in order to liaise with client, community, SAPS and outside stakeholders

    Assistant Company Secretary - Midrand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the legal team to keep a contracts’ register and to maintain electronic and hard files of original contracts
    • Assist the legal team to keep and maintain copies of Mine Health and Safety Act legal appointments in electronic and hard files
