    Senior Process Co-Ordinator

    Job Description    

    • Monitor, control and supervise the production Operation on a shift basis at AECI Industrial Chemicals to achieve optimal plant performance and uninterrupted customer supply
    • Responsible for all manufacturing shift activities in the plants ie both batch and continuous processes.
    • Supervision of shift complement of 5 operators in various plant sections
    • Responsible for complying with the effective management of safety on shift in accordance with legal requirements and company rules.
    • Facilitate troubleshooting activities across multiple plants and utilities on shift.
    • Ensure that quality specifications for the plant operations are met.

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Grade 12 (a post matric qualification in Chemical Engineering is preferable)
    • NQF level 4 Chemical Operations
    • 10 years Chemical Plant experience
    • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
